This secure storage is used specifically to charge no-show fees, as communicated at the time of your registration, for certain confirmed Marathi Vishwa events where a member fails to attend without timely notice. Marathi Vishwa does not store any credit card information directly.

By becoming members of Marathi Vishwa NJ, you acknowledge and consent for yourselves and your child(ren) to be included in photos and videos taken by Marathi Vishwa during any gatherings—whether indoor, outdoor, in-person, online, or during competitions and events. You understand that Marathi Vishwa NJ may share photos and videos of you and your child(ren) taken during events as listed above on various social media platforms, websites, newsletters. These are intended solely for publicizing Marathi Vishwa events and not for any form of monetization or commercial gain. You agree not to hold Marathi Vishwa NJ liable for any further distribution or circulation of this content in any form. This is a mandatory consent and cannot be opted out on an individual basis.

By participating in any Marathi Vishwa NJ event, including but not limited to outdoor and physical activities, members acknowledge that such participation is voluntary and at their own risk. Members accept full responsibility for their own health and safety. Marathi Vishwa NJ shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur during participation in its events.
